&lt;P&gt;When I typed my model # it showed "no result" and that can't be correct. I just purchased this product but not as a new item. It's in perfect condition and included the CD rom which I used to set it up. However it hasn't been able to complete the setup and gives no explanation. Is there something I can do to resolve this issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you turn your PIXMA MX922 on, does the main menu appear?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, please print a test page:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Please press the MENU button on your PIXMA MX922.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Use the down arrow key until the wrench and screwdriver icon is selected, then press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. On Maintenance, press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Select Print nozzle check pattern and then press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Select Yes and then press the OK button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did the test page print?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In regards to installing your PIXMA MX922 on your computer, are you using your PIXMA MX922 wirelessly?&lt;BR /&gt;or are you using it with a USB cable?&lt;/P&gt;
