MG3620 3 in one wireless, mobile and laptop printer. When I print documents from my phone, it only prints 4 x 6. On phone the option to change Print size is not available. Can you tell me how to fix this?

I'm trying to print from my phone. It's using android 10.

Hi whoop2doo,

First, is the light next to 8.5" x 11" Plain Paper lit on your printer?

Next, have you tried printing your document using the Canon PRINT app on your phone?

If you do not have that app installed, it is available from the Google Play Store, here:
