&lt;P&gt;Because trying a different ink cartridge produces the same result, it would appear that your PIXMA TR4520 would require service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm.       <title>TR4520 Only prints green, drives me nuts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;TR4520 only prints green - after installing new canon color cartridge. Prints green even in black.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried so far:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Unplugging, waiting more than hour, replugging - nope.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. In maintenance mode have: cleaned / deep cleaned / cleaned roller / clean bottom - nope.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Cleaned head on cartridge - nope.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Couldn't find any other useful videos, and can't talk with canon without paying $20. Any suggestions welcome or I throw it out the window.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The new Canon color cartridge was apparently defective. Bought a newer Canon color cartridge and the printer works. Would really like to get compensated for the defective one (they’re so darned expensive). Hope Staples will do it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
