PIXMA MG2570S scans but won't print on macOS

Hi, I have a problem with my printer. The scanner still works well, but I don’t know why it cannot print anything, even though the ink cartridges are in place. When I try to print a document, the print job shows as "done," but the printer does not actually print.

Can someone help me?
