I have a PIXMA TS6120 printer. I recently lost connection between it and my laptop. I tried disconnecting and reconn ecting the printer wirelessly without success. I did a troubleshoot which said Enable Bidirectional Support in the Printer properties box. When I go to the Printer properties box the Enable box is grayed out and I can't check it. Need help with this. Thanks
