      <title>TS6420a print head alignment error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My PIXMA will not align the print head, I get an error that the alignment failed. I have already cleaned the nozzle, rollers, and did deep cleaning several times. I've replaced the color ink and the black ink is still full. When it printed, there were gaps across the entire page. now it just prints completely blank with no ink whatsoever. The paper is feeding fine. What else can I do? Not paying $20 for Canon support for a $100 printer which should have lasted me over a year. Of course, it only JUST fell out of warranty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
