    <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to scan and print some items.&amp;nbsp; Get Printer Not Responding error.&amp;nbsp; I'm using Windows 10.&amp;nbsp; One video I watched suggested removing the printer, then click on "Add Printer" and that my default printer would be on the list again.&amp;nbsp; Well, it isn't and now I can't do anything with the printer. Any helpful suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you using your PIXMA MG3620 with a USB cable?&lt;BR /&gt;or are you using it wirelessly?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The light next to the triangle icon on your printer's operation panel is the error light.&lt;BR /&gt;Is the error light off or is it blinking?&lt;/P&gt;
