    <description>&lt;P&gt;My MG 3029 printer has stopped printing colors. It started having issues printing all colors properly, and now does not print in color at all. I changed the ink cartridge, and the problem remained.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone have an idea of what could be the problem, or how to solve this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Here are some notes:&lt;BR /&gt;- The computer seems to recognize that a color cartridge was inserted. In the printer status, I can see that there is color ink in the cartridge remaining. (Image provided below)&lt;BR /&gt;- Colors do not print at all. It does not print when I do a test page, it does not print when I do a nozzle pattern check either. (Image provided below)&lt;BR /&gt;- The Color Ink light on the printer showing that the color ink is running low is off.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Here are some things I've tried. None of them worked:&lt;BR /&gt;- I've made sure that the plastic at the bottom of the cartridge is removed.&lt;BR /&gt;- I've removed and then put back the cartridge.&lt;BR /&gt;- I've turned the printer off and on.&lt;BR /&gt;- I've run the printer head alignment.&lt;BR /&gt;- I've run a Cleaning maintenance operation.&lt;BR /&gt;- I've run a Deep Cleaning maintenance operation.&lt;BR /&gt;- I've updated the printer firmware to the latest version (Version 1.070).&lt;BR /&gt;- I've updated my PC printer drivers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2024-11-12 155738.png" style="width: 565px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/60765iAB0F2AA8C07BCA4F/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot 2024-11-12 155738.png" alt="Screenshot 2024-11-12 155738.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="PXL_20241112_204917711.jpg" style="width: 562px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/60766iDBB475754464ABC6/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="PXL_20241112_204917711.jpg" alt="PXL_20241112_204917711.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>
