      <description>&lt;P&gt;The following message appears:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;printer&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;cannot connect to the OS running on your device.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please access this site from a device with a supported OS.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried with the USB cable and DVD as well.&amp;nbsp; Any help appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;problem not solved. I have downloaded a 3rd party app (microsoft) which works - bypassing the need for the driver.&amp;nbsp; However it's not nearly as good&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
