Canon Pixma iP8720 printer prints photos OK but blank pages for all documents

Suddenly, my iP8720 printer decided to print only blank pages for all documents. Photos are printing perfectly. I have checked all ink cartridges and done some nozzle and printer maintenance checks but since my colour photos are printing I assume ink isn't the issue..... I unplugged and rebooted everything. What could be causing this problem?

Hi mikellherrick,

Please print a test page from your PIXMA iP8720. To do this, please load a sheet of plain paper into your printer. Next, please hold down the Resume button until the Power light blinks 2 times, then let it go. The Resume button is the middle button.

Please take a photo of the page that prints and then please attach it to your reply of this post.
