Hi Scooter11,

First, please perform a test of your PIXMA G7020. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your printer one time.

2. Press the right arrow 4 times to select Maintenance and press OK.

3. Press OK on Nozzle Check.

Does the test page print?

Have you tried a different USB port on your computer?

Also, have you tried using your PIXMA G7020 via Wi-Fi instead of USB?

Win 11, just quit printing all of a sudden with that error. Troubleshooting doesn't do anything, 3 Printer controls in services.msc keep toggling themselves off. Device manager doesn't show printers, just G7000 series under print queues.

Did power cycles, replaced USB cord... Nothing works.

Any help is appreciated.
