PIXMA G7202 Trouble switching between numbers and letters for password entry

I just bought a G7202 and am having trouble connecting to my WIFI.

My password has numbers and letters am having trouble switching back and forth and saving it so it will connect on startup.

Hi Joe, Welcome to the community. At Canon USA we do not offer a PIXMA g7202, though we do have a PIXMA G7020. Can you confirm the model name of your printer of whether you purchased it outside of the USA?

I tried Canon first to help but could not wait so I contacted Best Buy’s Geek Squad.

They helped get we going the problem is solved.
