      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi GeofGarth,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One thing that you can try is changing the paper type of the rear feed on your PIXMA TS9520.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are printing on letter sized plain paper, when you attempt to print and the rear feed is set to something like B5 paper, then it will print from the cassette instead.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Tap the gear icon on the bottom of your TS9520's display.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="i_setup.jpg" style="width: 40px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/36123i036F9F8C92FAADC6/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="i_setup.jpg" alt="i_setup.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Tap Feed settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Tap Rear tray paper settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Tap the Change button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Scroll to the top of the list and tap B5.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Select any paper type.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Make sure B5 and the paper type you selected appear and tap the Yes button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once set, please attempt to print.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
