      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Operating system is Windows 11. Everything was working fine with the old printer TS3320. The new one is TS3322. First I could not even download the printer. I had removed the old printer from the laptop. After many tries I got the printer downloaded again. As a mater of fact I have two of them downloaded but they both say Status: Error. I want to connect the printer via WiFi to the laptop. The printer is in WiFi Mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer is working perfectly fine with my desktop Windows 7 connected via USB. I bought a long USB cord to try to connect the printer to the laptop via USB but have not tried that yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Originally when I got the laptop it took me a few tries and help from this community to connect the laptop to the printer via WIFI but I got it to work. I have used the same links from that help from 2022 but nothing worked this time. I used the Wireless Connection Assistant several times with not positive results&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you can help me solve this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amy&lt;/P&gt;</description>
