&lt;P&gt;Please print a test page from your PIXMA TS6420.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To do this, please follow these instructions:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Press OK one time on your PIXMA TS6420a.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Use the down arrow to select Maintenance and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Press OK on Nozzle Check.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Select Yes and press OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A test page will print.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please take a picture or scan the test page that you just printed and please attach that image to your reply of this post.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>PIXMA TS6420 printing is faint or uneven. Tried cleaning 3 times and deep cleaning also</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;According to the manual if you tried cleaning the nozzle and it didn't help, try to aligning the head.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried that and it failed and get an error code, which is a QR code which I followed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to the error code there could be 3 different causes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clogged nozzle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paper size not correct&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paper slot exposed to strong light&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The paper is correct, the paper slot isn't exposed to strong light, did it in a dark room.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually tried cleaning the head several times and once did it in the dark&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So the only option is that the nozzle is clogged and I tried cleaning and deep cleaning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What else can I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should be noted that I don't print very often&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue with my TS6420a. The first week black prints were flawless. Later, the black print comes out like a faded navy blue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the color prints fine on Cardstock then the printhead is functioning properly, which means your black cartridge could be faulty.&amp;nbsp; You would not be the first to have one of those. A nozzle check could help confirm that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
