&lt;P&gt;Please unplug the power cord from your PIXMA MG5420 for 15 minutes or so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After that time has elapsed, please reconnect the power cord and turn your PIXMA MG5420 on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What is the Support Code that appears on the display of your printer?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If a code does not appear, please attempt to print.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are unable to print, please look at the display of your printer.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What is the Support Code that appears?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The support code that continues to come up suggest all of the things I've already done and then advises the user to check the manual or contact the service. I do not have a manual so I continue to contact the service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
