PIXMA TR4720 gives error code 1430

I purchased PIXMA TR4720 less than 1 year ago. The printer came with two STARTER cartridges :

CL-276 and PG-275. Recently, I printed a black and white document and it the black print was very faint. I thought the cartridge might be getting low. I was not getting any error at this time. I took out both cartridges and gave them a shake. I then reinserted the exact same STARTER cartridges that came with the printer but now get error 1430.

I have tried resetting the printer as described in another post: Remove cartridges, unplug the printer, hold down the power button for 30 seconds, reinstall the cartridges, plug in the power, then press the power button again. But, still getting the same " cartridges not installed properly or not recognized " code. I have tried removing the cartridges several times, and carefully inserted exactly as described in the manual. But, still get code 1430.

Please HELP 😣
