Hi goinglikesixty,

The software that is used to communicate between your printer and Canon's servers is only compatible with Windows or Mac computers.

To enroll in the PIXMA Print Plan with your PIXMA TR4720, a Window or Mac computer is needed. Chromebooks are not supported with the PIXMA Print Plan.
