      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try the following steps&amp;nbsp;to see if we can resolve your issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Locate the icon for the MP Navigator.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Right-click the icon and choose 'Run As Administrator'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; When the program opens, attempt to scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this resolves the issue, please perform the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Right-click the MP Navigator icon and choose 'Properties'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Go to the 'Compatibility' tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Check the box labeled, 'Run As Administrator', then click 'Apply' and 'OK'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If these troubleshooting steps do not work, feel free to call us at 1-800-OKCANON.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
