Greetings. CANNON MG2522 is printing blank pages. Please, I NEED HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I need to print pages and submit for a new job today. THANK YOU.

Hi Boisno1,

Please open the cover to your printer and remove both ink cartridges.

Please make shre that the orange tape has been removed and then reinsert them.

Replace / Change an Ink Cartridge - MG2420 / MG2500 Series

Once reinstalled and cover closed, please print a test page.

To print a test page, please hold down the STOP button on the printer until the error light blinks 1 time and then let go of the button.

Did a black grid print to the right of |BK| ?

Below that, did 2 blue, 2 pink and 2 yellow bars print ?
