Grrrr, still printing green monster! PIXMA TS6320

Still printing green when it's all set to black! I have 1 large & 1 small black cartridge besides the 3 color cartridges. They are all brand name Canon cartridges. I have done cleanings, they are all new inks too!

I don't know what else to do, still green! Set to monochrome on my phone app. Never print from a computer, just iPhone. Even 'ResetSettings' on printer. TS6320. ANY MORE IDEAS? Thank you smart people!!

Hi castleuvcandy,

Please load plain paper into your PIXMA TS6320 and then follow these steps:

1. Press OK one time on your PIXMA TS6320.

2. Use the down arrow to select Maintenance and press OK.

3. Press OK on Nozzle Check.

4. Select Yes and press OK.

A test page will print.

Please take a photo of the test page that you just printed and attach it to your reply of this post.

Also, please open the cover to your printer and take a photo of the ink tanks that are installed and please attach that image as well.
