    <description>&lt;P&gt;So, I recently purchased a pixma mg3620 printer to print coloring books myself which I am making, and the pages aren't printing right. Firstly, they are printing double lines on some of the images, plus a lot of the time the pages are only printing half and I can't figure out what is wrong. I cleaned the absorption pads and cleaned the alignment, did the realignment process plus the ink cartridges are both new. Anyone have any other ideas on what I can do to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jonjay86,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Blurry or double printing can be caused when the encoder/timing strip inside your PIXMA MG3620 is smudged.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Cleaning this will resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To clean the encoder/timing strip, please follow the steps in this Knowledgebase Article:&lt;/P&gt;
