A 2 year old tr4520 printer Not communicating with Mac Mini running Sonoma, hard wired w USB

Tr4520 printer

2 years old, the printer and scanner have worked up until now.

Wired to Mac mini w USB

On Mac mini running Sonoma OS

Not COMMUNICATING w mac

ive tried shutting everything off. Restarting, disconnecting power and USB to printer. Have input printer in settings

when I try to print the print tab is grayed out in the Mac print app

im trying to do an uninstall and reinstall the Canon SW. will this work

Hi Joescanon,

Are you using a USB adapter to connect your TR4520 to your Mac?

If so, have you tried using a different adapter or thought about using your TR4520 wirelessly instead?
