PIXMA G6020 printing green horizontal lines in pictures

Canon 6020 printing green horizontal lines in pictures. I have done all the maintenance, nozzle clean, alignment, flush, reseat the print heads and all the maintenance that is recommended and nothing fixes the problem. I need help to resolve this problem as I am unable to print pictures.

I wish there was a method to upload a picture with the problem.

As stated, i did all the maintenance Canon recommended and it did not fix my problem.

I'm pretty sure this was a bug caused by a recent firmware update. Try updating to 1.070 and see if that helps. Canon needs to address this ASAP if a firmware update still doesn't fix this.

Hello,

The image looks like the nozzles for magenta are clogged or there is air in the magenta ink lines. In this situation, you can try reseating the color print head and performing a color only ink flush.
