Unable to fill black ink tank on PIXMA G7020

I've had this printer about 5 years. It is not printing black all of a sudden. I have not received an error code about low black ink. The tank looks empty, but will not accept ink. All other tanks will. What is the fix?

Hi 151A,

Please take a photo of the front of your PIXMA G7020 so all of the ink reserviors are visible and then please post that image to your response my post.

Tank was not empty after all. Just clogged. Ink flush fixed the problem.
