    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had this printer about 5 years.&amp;nbsp; It is not printing black all of a sudden.&amp;nbsp; I have not received an error code about low black ink.&amp;nbsp; The tank looks empty, but will not accept ink.&amp;nbsp; All other tanks will.&amp;nbsp; What is the fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please take a photo of the front of your PIXMA G7020 so all of the ink reserviors are visible and then please post that image to your response my post.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tank was not empty after all.&amp;nbsp; Just clogged. Ink flush fixed the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
