Canon G6020 - doesn't scan images to computer at 100% will only copy at 100%

I have a lot of hand drawn images, from 2"x2" to 6"x6", each on letter sized paper, that I need in my computer at exactly 100%. I am able to copy and print at 100%. But when I scan as image it enlarges them to fit a full sheet of paper. They seem to also be scaled somewhat when scanned as pdf. I have not been able to find any settings that I can set the scan size at 100%.

These are quilt design pieces that have to be exactly 100%.

Hi Jacibs51,

Please try using the Advanced Mode of ScanGear.

Please open the IJ Scan Utility and click the ScanGear button. In the new window, click on the Advanced Mode tab in the upper right side. Using this mode will give you more control over the resulting scans.
