    <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchased a G620 ink tank printer last year and having issues printing text. Random lines/words will blur or double print. Does this with black and color. I have tried cleaning and realigning tools. I am wondering if it could be bad printheads? Anyone else seen this?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi JAB101,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Blurry / double printing can be caused when the encoder/timing strip inside your PIXMA G620 is smudged.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Cleaning this will resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To clean the encoder/timing strip, please follow the steps in this Knowledgebase Article:&lt;/P&gt;
