      <title>PIXMA G6020 keeps going offline after firmware update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon Pixma G6020&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just purchased and installed last week Sept. 5, 2024. Machine has been working well all week. Today, Sept. 12, 2024, control panel indicated a firmware update was available, so I clicked the OK button to install it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer shut off on its own during the firmware update. When I turned it back on, the printer shows up as idle, until I print something, then in a few seconds, the printer says it is offline and will not print anything. If I pause the print cue, the printer immediately shows up as online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are a Mac/iOS household, latest software everywhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Blaine Fergerstrom&lt;BR /&gt;Honolulu, Hawaii&lt;/P&gt;</description>
