Main cassette not printing on TR8620

My tr 8620 main cassette will not print. I want to use the main cassette to print regular paper and not the rear cassette setup.

What do I need to do to make the adjustment?

Hi gogadgetgo2,

You can set the rear tray to a different paper type, which would make the printer feed plain paper from the cassette in the front.

To set this, please turn your TR8620 on and then follow these steps:

1. Tap the gear icon at the bottom of your printer's display.

2. Tap Feed settings.

3. Tap Rear tray paper settings.

4. Tap the Change button.

5. Select B5.

6. Select Pro Platinum.

7. Tap the Yes button.

8. Tap OK.

9. Tap Cassette paper settings.

10. Tap the Change button.

11. Select Letter from the top of the list.

12. Tap the Yes button.

13. Tap the Home icon in the upper left corner.

Once set, please attempt to print.
