PIXMA G2420 not using yellow ink to print

Hello, my PIXMA G2420 printer does not use the yellow ink when printing colour pages. The ink tank is still relatively full but it seems like the printer is not using the ink when printing, as all my pages come out mostly pink. Could someone please help me resolve this problem?

To resolve this issue, first, please print a nozzle check. Please use the link below to do this:

On the page that printed, did the test page print like this example:

If not, please perform printhead cleanings:

After performing 2 cleanings, print another nozzle check. If the nozzle check still does not print correctly, please perform an ink flush:

Please note, the PIXMA G2420 is not supported by Canon USA as it is sold in Europe.
