PIXMA G3410 not printing

I have a Cannon PXMA. Black ink is not getting from the reservoir to the print head. If I open the top, the black ink feeder tube has air in it. The reservoir is full. If I manipulate the tube slightly I get a drop of ink going through and the print head uses that.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA series. The model number appears on the printer's top just above the power button. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
