Hello,

My 94 year old dad has a TS3722 and he somehow reduced the printed images and letters so that they are now very small

Any help in getting them back to original size would be great. He uses this as a copier only and it NOT online.

Hi bk3182,

When copying, please make sure that the paper size set on the TS3722 matches the paper that is loaded in the rear tray.

For example, if you are using letter (8.5" x 11") sized paper, please make sure that LTR is indicated on the display, as in the image below:

If it is set to a different size, the resulting copy will be incorrect.

The correct size can be set on the printer itself.

The button to the left of OK is the Paper button.

Repeatedly press the Paper button until LTR appears on your printer's display and then press OK.
