PIXMA MG2220 won't print an entire email

Why can't I print an entire email. It cuts it off without printing a whole line.

I'm using a PIXMA MG2220 printer with Windows 7 and an ethernet connection. I don't get an error message. All I want to do is print my emails so it doesn't cut them off on the right side facing the computer. I can print anything else but if I want to print an email so I can save it the right side isn't printing. Some of the words on the right margin are cut off.

Hi Barbz,

Typically, printing margins are set from within the email program you are using. Also, some email providers have an icon of a printer near the email message. Try using this button to print instead of going through File > Print.

As an alternative, you can copy the text on the page and paste it into an text editing application such as Microsoft Word or Notepad. Here, you will have full control of the printing layout.
