The PIXMA MG6620 was retired in 2020, and the last official firmware Canon USA released for it was&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;version 4.030 on&amp;nbsp;06.10.22, which fixed an issue preventing the printer from powering on.       <description>&lt;P&gt;printer functioned normally before update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after update printer is working but ink not producing images&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have reset computer, printer / cleaned printer heads and roller/ will not even print test info&lt;/P&gt;</description>
