printer functioned normally before update

after update printer is working but ink not producing images

have reset computer, printer / cleaned printer heads and roller/ will not even print test info

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Canon Community! The PIXMA MG6620 was retired in 2020, and the last official firmware Canon USA released for it was version 4.030 on 06.10.22, which fixed an issue preventing the printer from powering on. Beyond that, all official Canon support has ceased, and no new software or drivers will be developed.
