Thanks for joining the conversation, Jacksgirl85!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer or mobile device (i.e. Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS, and which version thereof) and which apps you're printing from. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

Hi Jacksgirl85,

When the output from the printer is not as expected, first, print a nozzle check to see if your printer is working correctly.

To print a nozzle check from your PIXMA G6020, please follow the steps on this page:

https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/G6000%20series/EN/UG/ug-133.html

Once the nozzle check prints, please compare it to the example on this page:

https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/G6000%20series/EN/UG/ug-134.html

If the test page that you printed does not match the example, please perform a few printhead cleanings:

https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/G6000%20series/EN/UG/ug-135.html

After performing the cleanings, print another nozzle check.

If the nozzle check still does not print correctly, please perform an ink flush:

https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/G6000%20series/EN/NTR/ntr_h_01.html

If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our support group using the following link:
