    <description>&lt;P&gt;A printer error popped up on my printer after I continued to print on an empty PGBK cartridge.&amp;nbsp; I was unable to do any cleaning , the error simply said "contact repair".&amp;nbsp; Tried removing the head and cleaning in alcohol and the hot water method.&amp;nbsp; Still no luck. &amp;nbsp; I have replaced the print head before, so I ordered a new one, replaced it and the ink cartridges.&amp;nbsp; I have run several cleaning, and deep cleaning cycles and the cyan portion is still not printing properly.&amp;nbsp; I tried to automatically align the print head but it fails and says try manually.&amp;nbsp; Have tried the manual function and it prints out 1 page of numbers and B/W bars along with 2 columns of orange bars.&amp;nbsp; Cyan still will not print/blend.&amp;nbsp; What am I missing?&amp;nbsp; Can't find a number or repair location listing online.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
