topic Says Paper Out Tray is Closed in Desktop Inkjet Printers

<P>I have a Canon MP495 printer. When I try to print the out tray opens and then a pop up says "Document printing can not be executed because the paper out tray is closed" The tray is open and ready to print. I have tried blowing air into the area of the tray, checked for a paper jam. Nothing is preventing it from printing. The tray it thinks is closed is actually open. Any ideas?</P>
