Hello. I've just connected my new TS6420 printer. I'm able to make copies, but can not print from computer. I'm getting a message that says:

"Softward for this printer isn't available form Apple. Contace the printer's manufactuer for the latest softward."

Where do I get this software? I've looked in the support area, and the only software is the one that I used to get the printer set up, but it's not installing the software my mac needs to run the printer. Please advise. thank you.

What version of OSX is installed on your Mac?

Are you using your PIXMA TS6420 with a USB cable?
or are you using your PIXMA TS6420 wirelessly?
