    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I've just connected my new TS6420 printer. I'm able to make copies, but can not print from computer. I'm getting a message that says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Softward for this printer isn't available form Apple. Contace the printer's manufactuer for the latest softward."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where do I get this software? I've looked in the support area, and the only software is the one that I used to get the printer set up, but it's not installing the software my mac needs to run the printer. Please advise. thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
