Powering Up PIXMA G3270 By Sending Print Data

I have a PIXMA G3270 printer. When I go to print the printer does not turn on automatically when data is sent. I have to manually turn the printer on first. How do I turn this option on?

For the G3270 you can change the auto power settings by using the steps HERE.
