    <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer was working fine until last week where it wasn't printing correctly.&amp;nbsp; I did all of the tests and cleans the printer provides.&amp;nbsp; I depleted my old ink cartridges trying to do the cleanings.&amp;nbsp; I finally purchased a new set of cartridges and it picks up all of them, however when I print the test page, all colors appear except magenta.&amp;nbsp; I have tried numerous you tube videos about cleaning the print head but nothing seems to work and I am tired of wasting additional ink on these deep cleans and getting no results.&amp;nbsp; It does pick up the cartridge is there and shows full ink level, but I have been unable to correct this on my own.&amp;nbsp; I am out of warranty and cannot afford a new printer at the moment.&amp;nbsp; If anyone has had this problem and can offer a solution, I would greatly appreciate it.&amp;nbsp; Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
