PIXMA MG3640S prints Test page, but nothing else

I'm trying to print a document and I only get blank page as output. It shows like color ink is low, but black ink levels are fine. So I printed a test page in grayscale and it printed just fine. However, printing anything else comes out as blank page. I even changed settings to print everything in black & white, and still the same result. Not sure what else to do.
