Says no paper, but….

I’m trying to print via my phone to the printer and it keeps saying the printer has no paper when it actually has probably 39- 40 pieces of paper. The light on the printer is flashing also ( the one that shows there is an issue )

How do I fix this?

Hi ~
Thank you for responding back, I ended up unplugging the cord in the back of the printer and then plugging it back in which fixed the problem.
