    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your printer displays a&amp;nbsp;displays a B200 or related (B201, B202, etc.) error, this means that the print head built into one or both of the ink cartridges has overheated.&lt;BR /&gt;You can attempt to replace the ink cartridges in your printer to resolve this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open the top cover of your printer (as if you were going to change the ink cartridges).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Power on the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;The inks may move back and forth across the length of the printer. They will eventually move to the replacement position.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Replace the ink cartridges in your printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the inks move back and forth but do not move to the replacement position:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn off the printer and then turn it back on. When the inks are moving, unplug the power cord of the printer and move the inks to the replacement position.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Replace the ink cartridges in your printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Close the top cover, plug in the printer, and power it on (if you had to unplug it to replace the ink cartridges).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to experience this error after following all of the steps above, your printer requires servicing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are two options currently available to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Warranty Service – If you are within the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty and have your proof of purchase you are entitled to service or replacement.&amp;nbsp;If you have purchased a CarePak Canon extended warranty, you may be entitled to additional options.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Please create or log into your&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://mycanon.usa.canon.com/signin" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Canon Account&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;to obtain service.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Out of Warranty – If you are outside of your warranty period, you may qualify for purchasing a replacement through the Canon Upgrade Program.&amp;nbsp;Please contact our Sales group to inquire about your upgrade options at 866-443-8002.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To verify your support options please create or log into your&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://mycanon.usa.canon.com/signin" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Canon Account&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
