PIXMA MX492 photos come out with blue/green cast.

I have been trying to print a picture using my PIXMA MX492 inkjet printer. The print comes out with a blue green cast. This is the case using photo paper or plain bond paper. I checked colored and black ink levels and both were fine. The image appears fully colored on the computer screen. Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix it? Opinions, ideas, etc are requested. Thanks!
