PIXMA G3270 printing black text outlines instead of solid font

My printer is only printing black don’t outlines instead of solid black font. All other colors are working. I used all the cleaning features on my printer several times. I am confused as it has been working normal until now and I have only had it since May 2024 brand new. I haven’t changed anything that I am using at all. Any suggestions? I have an order that needs to go out and I am stuck.

p.s. not out of ink. All colors are almost full including black.

So I tried test printing multiple times on this paper but the outlines are suppose to be solid black. The EXP is actually purple in person( kinda look black in this pic) and is fine. Lighting is real bad in my house.

Windows 10

WiFi connected

no error messages

everything is connected the same since I got it like 4 months ago and connected and using same computer.

Please open notepad. Start Menu > Notepad. Type a few words and print that. What are the results?

Prints a blank sheet when you type something in Notepad.

One more thing we need to check, fiesera. Could you please double-check your printer's model name? We're unable to find a printer with the model number G2370 and we want to make sure you're getting the information that corresponds to your specific printer.

When you log into your My Canon Account, you'll see all of your registered products.
