      <title>PIXMA TR8620a USB connection no longer recognized on Windows desktop PC</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My 2 year old Pixma TR8620a inkjet printer is connected to my Windows desktop PC via USB printer cable. The other day, it stopped working and the following error message was displayed: "USB Device Not Recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it." I tried using other USB ports. I tried using a new USB printer cable. I tried downloading and installing the latest printer driver from the Canon support website. I tried turning the PC off and on again. Nothing has made a difference. &lt;P&gt;I'd try connecting the printer to a different ISB port.&amp;nbsp; Also try connecting another USB device to ensure there isn't a problem with your OS or hardware.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a different USB port..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
