Hi everyone,

I have an issue with my Canon MG3600 series printer WS. Since i have installed it in the new computer, i cannot print properly.

Situation: My colour ink level are low and my black colour ink is still fine. However, when i print in black and white, the printer print with some colours and the black comes in grey. I have tried to remove and add again in the new computer with no success. Do you have any other idea?

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG3600 series. The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
