Pixma TR7020a only printing left one half of PDF document

Hello Canon users,

I just purchased the Canon Pixma TR7020a black printer. Set up was easy and quick and printing began as it should. Yesterday I completed a PDF application and filled in all the necessary information but when I went to print it, the print preview only shows the left one half of the page. Can anyone help me out, please?

Welcome. Does it print a test page and other documents correctly?

What is the PDF app?

What operating system?

Hi John, Thanks for getting back to me. In the meantime I totally shut of the printer; unplugged from the wall soc ket; downloaded the driver from Canon support even though I already had the driver; and then turned everything back on. Works now like a charm. Thanks again for offering to help.

Glad it all worked out. Reinstalling the driver frequently clears up problems.
