<P>I replaced the print head with a new print head. I still get the error message please install the correct print head. As this printer is retired from any Canon support responses, I am turning to the group for advice as to the nest step to get the printer to work before I am forced to junk what I feel is still a good printer when it is working. Thanks in advance for your help.</P>
