Due to its age, Canon tech support no longer supports it. Their chat line suggested I try this community forum site. The color of my photos were way off. I performed a color test and saw the black and cyan bars did not print. I took the printer head out and cleaned all ports equally with DI water. (Saw this method on You Tube). The color test sheet now shows all 3 shades of cyan but the black bar is still not printing. (However, printed photos are coming out way better after the clean). I did put a new black ink cartridge in.
